All purchases are final, so please be sure to review your order carefully before submitting a payment. We cannot be held liable for packages lost in the mail due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once we ship your package, we can no longer revise any incorrect information. If you would like to revise your shipping information within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
I'm interested in purchasing an item but it's out of stock. How long will the restocking period be?
Popular products will be restocked within 14-20 days, while some products may be permanently retired. To request an out-of-stock product, feel free to contact us and we'll restock it faster!
Why does the size listed on the product I received different from the size that I ordered?
We list U.S. sizes on the store, but some sizes listed on clothing run by Asian sizing standards. Asian sizes may sometimes run smaller than U.S. sizes, so we scale the categories accordingly. The size you ordered should correspond to the measurements listed on our size chart.
